Did I miss something? Do I also count calories on induction? (m)
Geesh now I"m confused! Wish my book wasn't at work!
Today I ate 3 deviled eggs for breakfast chicken ceasar salad w/ homemade dressing (no sugar) raw red & orange peppers 1 small chicken leg (snack) steak and a hot dog for dinner (since I ate all my veggies at lunch) Is there a protein limit (ie calories?) Why do I always feel queasy?? Thanks Lori |
Hi Lori,
No, you don't have to worry about calories. The only reason they are usually mentioned is when someone's weight loss has stalled, and then it's often to tell them to increase their calories. :) The queasy feeling will soon pass. It's just a part of the whole carb withdrawal thing. Drinking plenty of water helps. All you really have to count and worry about is your carbs. :thup: I think you're doing just fine! :rose:Rosebud:rose: |
Thanks Rosebud. For a min there I thought I had blown it!! I fell off the wagon on Sun and had a bagel w/ pb and didn't even enjoy it so I'm back on track
