Encouragement and Advice - HELPED!!!
I wanted to say thanks to all those that gave me advice last week about drinking more water and uping my carbs. Also helping me to not get discouraged.
I uped my carbs to make sure I get around 20 and drinking at least 100 oz of water (even with eating almost 1600+ calories), and working out every day. I lost another 1.5 lbs since I last posted ... putting me at 136.5. AWESOME! Makes me want to exercise even more. I like feeling strong and my energy is so great!! :yay: |
