Posting Date And Time Incorrect!!!
 

Hi.. I posted today in the Depression thread today regarding my mood and omega 3's.. However, when I went back to check out the time that I posted that message to compare it to how long my moods have been good today it said last post was yesterday at around 8:00 p.m... and that is incorrect... Today as in 8/2, I think I posted it around 3 or 4 pm.

Make sure you have your profile set to show your own time zone :) Click on the icon at the top right of the page, then click on the Options tab. Scroll down to the Time Offset section ... make sure it's set to your region, and also make sure you're set to Daylight Savings time, if that applies to your area. Be sure to hit Submit at the bottom.

The forum default is GMT, London England.
