Smoked salmon on Endive

Spread creamcheese on Endive leaves, place a piece of smoked salmon on top.. YUM!

Its nice because the endive plus cream cheese is reminiscent of creemcheese on celery and cream cheese with salmon is reminiscent of bagels with cc and salmon..
