What exactly is a fat fast???

I've saw lots of posts on here about a "fat fast". What exactly is this?? Does it help you lose weight faster or anything?? just wondering! Thanks for any response:)

Hmm, I see you are trying to do Atkins, but have not read the book. :nono:

You'll find an amazing amount of information in it, including a description of the Fat Fast. In a nutshell, it is a low calorie, very high fat regime meant to only last a few days, and ONLY for use as a "kickstart" for people who are severely insulin resistant. As Dr Atkins says, it can be dangerous if misused.

Do yourself a very big favour, Smiley, and buy and read Dr Atkins New Diet Revolution. ;)
