I have seen this refered to in several posts but seach of this site has turned up nothing. I assume it is a book?

It is a book, Dr. Atkins New Diet Reveolution

If you click on "Low Carb Tips" from the orange menu bar near the top, you'll see an article "Low Carb Lingo" .. it lists all the commonly used acronyms you might encounter on this and other low carb message boards. Things like WOE (way of eating), CAD (Carb Addict's Diet) etc
