This newby wants to know the diff between soy flour and soy protein islolate....other than the large price difference. Thanks Bow

Kewl! I buy various products from one of the Superior tofu factories here in Vancouver.
Plain isolate is also very low in carbs - depending on the brand - and is virtually tasteless. It does have a bit of graininess if you are using it in things like shakes but is a great baking ingredient. Here's more...
