Whew! Back down to my 'low' weight today!
 

I have been struggling with a 3 week stall then lost 2 pounds to my new 'low' weight and then went up several pounds then lost my mind and binged (recovered the same day) and now 2 days later I am back to my 'low' weight. I feel good and I feel challenged to see the new 2 pounds go down, down, down!
