Never fat again!!!

My Dh called me and he just bought new pants size 32, he has never worn 32 since I've known him (8 years).
He said "Babe, we can never go back to our old way of eating" He's a happy camper :dazzle:

Wonderful news........My DH was a 36....and for the last 2 years he has been a 34.......Should be a 32.........Doc put him on a low fat diet.

Wow DrChickon, losing 19 lb in such a short time is great.

I lived in CA all my life until 1987. I loved the beaches and the bumming around on them.....LOL

Congratulations! Me and DH have the same conversation almost daily -- we are both SO happy with this WOL. Our only regret is that we didn't "believe" in Dr. Atkins years ago. :agree:
