How Much Protein / Fat
How much protein and fat are you supposed to have, is it more protein or more fat thats better ? what are the percentages.

Protein should make up 25-30% of your daily consumption. Carbs 5% and the rest fat (65%-60%) for optimum weight loss.
I stay around 100 grams of protein a day |
Yvonne is exactly right. I've also read that at a minimum you need .4 times your weight in grams of protein a day.
