Keep It Simple Sweetheart? Can anyone tell me What is this eating plan?
Where I can find it?

The best way is to read one of Atkins two books-as everyone in the forum will tell you- or as I did in the beginning-go to Atkinscenter.com and click "how to do Atkins" and "Induction." It will give you the barebones of the diet plan. In order to fully understand what you are doing-and how to combat nay-sayers etc, you will have to read the book. I didn't buy the book until my Induction period started to work for me.

I have read the web site and read the Atkins for life book. I never saw the phrase Kiss.I saw it somewhere and was just curious what it was. Sorry I bothered you.

KISS started out a salesman's term for "keep it simple stupid." It basically meant to keep your approach as simple as possible and keep quiet-let the customer talk themselves into the sale when you can - in other words-don't talk so much you lose the sale.
Others have taken it up and made it nicer with sweetheart- meaning don't make something easy so complicated you give it up.

I thought?

Wasn't there an Atkins KISS thread around somewhere. I thought it had to do with a pared down version at Atkins induction phase.

Edit:

Here is one of the threads:

Actually KISS is a program that uses Atkins Induction - but removes all items that are known to be potential problems. It is kind of Atkins Induction on STEROIDS! LOL! I am KISSing this week and I have lost 6 pounds in the past 5 days.

It is plain eating! Meat, eggs, low carb veggies, and oil/fats to cook and eat with. No dairy (except butter is okay) - so no cheese or cream, no artificial sweeteners, and no processed anything (this means no bars, shakes, or even processed meats such as sausage & bacon).
The only difference from Atkins Induction is that you are allowed to eat freely of the low carb veggies... this is because you are not getting carbs from things like the cheese, cream, processed meats etc. It is actually very easy to do - and it really does work.

Here is a link with all the info on it. KISS is a great way to get back to basics and kick start weight loss... or to figure out what is stalling you... because if you KISS for a week and then slowly add back items one at a time - you should be able to figure out what is problematic for you.

I have KISSed many times along the way... it helps me to kick start things, kill cravings when carb creep brings them on, and get's me back on track.
