Thanks y'all! It feels great... i may even go clothes shopping... it's casual day at work today, and my pants are practically falling off... and I will have to get a new SMALLER hole punched in my belt!
napalil - i don't count calories, i can barely force myself to count carbs (i hate math). I started "real" atkins in March this year, but had been cutting carbs out before that... i knew that eating bread, pasta and SUGAR made me balloon up. By just cutting out bread, pasta and rice, and drinking more water, I lost about 10 lbs (over six months) before reading DANDR and starting the WOL. ... this time last year I weighed 180lbs. |
