Carbohydrate count on Wheat Bran
 

Hi All!
I have made a fantastic wheat bread inspired by mhampton, but am very confused on the carb content of the wheat bran. I used Bob's Red Mill Wheat bran which reads 10 carbs (6 dietary fibers, 1 sugar) per 1/4 cup. Are there any additional carbs I can subtract (sugar alcohol, ect.) or is this product just straight effective carb count of 4 carbs per serving?
