You are doing PP - how do you find it. I was on Aitkens but it was just too restrictive. How do you manage to decide what is good and bad when you start the cl way???

I am so new that I don't know how to get to the pm section about PP that you suggested.
I have sort of worked out how to use this wonderful site - but still very green as to how to get to all things and trying to decide what some of the words mean i.e. "avatar".
But I think I have that one now.

I guess I wasn't specific enough. My intent was to shift our conversation to the Eades Protein Power BBS at http://bbs.eatprotein.com/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi. We can PM there to our heart's content.

Sorry I have found that site and now have login but not had the time to find how to use the site for pm - remember I am new to all of this and sometimes need things spelled out.

Not a problem. The techincal stuff on these message boards takes some getting used to. I'll await a notification that you've sent me a message there.

Private messaging is activated here shortly after a member has posted 25 times. We do this to encourage participation with the group, where other readers may benefit from the discussion. And also to reduce the risk of spam, which has happened in the past where someone signs up and never posts on the forum but seeks out members to send unsolicited advertising :(
