What is your average weight loss per week?
...for those who have been on it for a while?

after 10 weeks, it is around 2.6lb a week. I really hope to be able to keep it to 2lb a week from now on... it is getting tougher the less you have to lose..

8.5 weeks, 30 lbs. (was 32 a few days ago at 8 weeks.. before the sodium took hold) :( for that, but :D :D in general.

as Arie said, weight loss slows as you have less and less to lose. Atkins says something akin to allowing yourself a month or so to lose the last five pounds.
currently though, after being on atkins for a month, im losing about one to two pounds a week. :) |

About 3.5lbs a week for 6 weeks until my stall. That was about 5 weeks ago...

I have about 10 pounds to lose, will reevaluate goal at that time, and I lose about 1 pound a week. I eat 30-35 carbs a day. I guess if I cut down to 20-25 I would lose a little faster, but, with my current carb level, I don't really feel like I am dieting.

I've lost 35 pounds since 2/3 but the last month, my weight has slowed down to nothing (not really it just feels that way). I'm probably loosing only 2-3 pounds a month. But I only have ten pounds left to reach my goal. Its frustrating but I'm hanging in there.

Now, less than 1/3 pound a week. I have lost about 3 lbs in last 2.5 months now that I am heading towards goal. BUT I did manage to lose a few inches. I am not so concerened about the scale these days since I am building muscle and toning. But as my stats will show...I lost over 44 lbs in 15 months so that averages about 2.9 lbs a month or .73 per week.

When you take total lbs divided by total wks = 2lbs/wk.

On average, I've lost 0.8 pounds per week. But I'm in that "not much to lose" category and it doesn't come off as quickly as some others. But the way I look at it....losing is a whole lot better than gaining, no matter how fast or slow it comes off!

My average loss per week is 1.25 lbs per week. I don't lose every week though.
