No more lc candies for me...

I have recently discovered Atkins peanut butter bars and Russell Stover lc candies. Apparently I have been overindulging, because since 6/27 I have gone up 6 lbs!! :nono: So, I am giving up the candies and hopefully I can get back on track. I am so frustrated by this! I was doing so well, I could just kick myself for setting myself back so far.

Easy to fool ourselves into thinking that we can eat sugar alcohols without any repercussions, huh? I know they inhibit my losses. Just use them sparingly, if at all.
