1 oz=28.35grams, so 100g is approximately equal to 3.527ozs.

Berries

Hi Retrochiq- love the nick (as they used to be called)!

Just thought I'd add that the blueberries, raspberries and blackberries I get from Zehr's/Loblaws are in 6 oz. containers, so it would be about 2/3 of a container- me I'd just lose willpower and throw the whole thing in!

Course, you probably had the container (saying 6 oz.) right in front of you when you asked-silly me :rolleyes:
