I'm Baaaack
Hi All,
This is my first attempt at a post. My second attempt at doing the Atkens diet. So far I'm pretty excited. I'm just starting my third week and have lost 10 pounds. Pretty good for me as I usually struggle to even lose 5 pounds. This morning I got into a pair of shorts that I haven't worn in over a year. Yeah!! :Party: I feel pretty intimidated by this site. There is soooo much useful info BUT I don't know how to do some simple things. . .like how do I change my current weight in the profile? I'm proud of the 10 pound loss and want to be able to see my progress as I go along. Also, I was a registered member about 2 years ago and found my old profile under "members". I need to delete that one so as not to clog up the system. :doah: I'm looking forward to keeping in touch with my other low-carber friends and making use of all the helpful info I can get, especially to get me thru an upcoming 3 week vacation. |

welcome! this board has changed a lot in just the past day or so. we are all a little confused or atleast i am anyway. maybe a moderator will come by and clear up the problem for you. i jist wanted to say hello and happy lo carbing :yay: |
