Hi yall! Can anyone answer this question?: How long do you usually have to be consuming a particular food before it causes a stall? I realize that it depends on the amount and frequency of the food eaten, but what is the typical time frame for a stall to develop for most of you (who have experienced stalls because of a specific food)? I'd appreciate any insights you may have to offer. THANKS A LOT!

personally i think never
my stalls upon reflection are caused by
a) eating too much( lc not controlling hunger)
b) not eating enough ( metabolism crash )

I realized I wasn't drinking enough water - started drinking about 100 oz a day and I'm consistantly losing weight and inches.

I haven't had a stall YET. But, both of the answers above is what I have always heard since I have been on here
