skillet bacon ranch chicken
 

I was cooking the chicken bacon wrappers today (which came out beautifully btw) and had some leftover chicken breasts..

I remembered someone posting a recipe for bacon ranch chicken (although i believe it was done in the oven) and so i threw 2 chicken breasts and 1 TBS olive oil in a skillet, cooked for a while and added 2 strips of bacon and maybe a TBS of green onions.. when it was cooked through I drizzled 1-2 TBS of ranch dressing on it, flipped it over and cooked it for a minute or two..

the chicken was delicious! it was juicy and so yummy! (has approx 2 carbs.. depending on how much dressing/green onions you use.. )

(ive cooked chicken in a similar way using caesars dressing, mushrooms and cheese)

hope someone likes it as much as I do!! (btw you have to try the chicken wrappers.. mine came out to 3 carbs because i used 5 breasts instead of 4.. and even I didnt mess it up!!)
