DELICIOUS Ricotta breakfast
I came up with this on my own, and I had it this morning. It's sooooooooo yummy and satisfying (you can increase the portion size if your carb intake can be higher):
1/4 cup of whole milk ricotta cheese (2g carb) 1-2 tsp of SF Butterscotch Jello pudding (1g carb--there's 6 g in 1/4 of the package) 1 tbsp of heavy cream (0-1g carb) Just whisk or fork the mixture til nice and blended. I personally love butterscotch but you can try other flavors. I found that chocolate has about 2 more grams of carb per 1/4 package than butterscotch, and I LOVE butterscotch! This is really, really good, and QUICK! I ate a single long stemmed strawberry with it, and it was awesome! :) |
