Russell Stover Mint Patty
 

I found russell Stover's Mint Patty's. They are awesome. One serving is three of them. But I'm usually satisfied with just one every couple of days.

I think there is only 1 carb in a serving of three. I'm at work and don't have the bag with me. to Give the details. But they are awesome and the perfect after dinner mint.

actually, I remember the mint pattys to have a whole lot more carbs than all the other ones :eek: . like 16 carbs. Then again, the pakage doesn't list any fibers and there is only like 1 sugar alcohol, and correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't net carbs (total carbs - sugar alcohols - fiber)?

I think the carbs are 16 grams but after you minus the sugar alchol then I think it comes out to 1.

I did not see any sugar alcohols listed on the package in the nutritional info. there musy be some in there (of course!!) but who knows how many!! there are other russle stovers candies that do list all the information though!!

Got home and checked out my package for 3 patties there is:

190 calories
11 g. fat
carbs 27
fiber 1
sugar alchols 25

that means 1 carb for three pieces.

I don't eat three one after lunch occasionally is enough.

yumm I bought out the supply of the patties they cant keep them on the self.
