my birthday....the most delicious cake
 

todays my birthday :D
but it was gigantic!!! its a 50 serving cake and i had a huge piece.
It was a 2 layer cake
chocolate cake
cream cheese mousse filling
chocolate buttercream frosting
and happy designs made out of pure sugar and lard

omg.....it was too good....my dad forced it on me because i "had" to. But i could have eaten half of my serving but i ate it all and me and my mom wanted to eat more (we're both on atkins)
omg....it was soooooo good and theres so much more in fridge!! its so big!!! ugh....help, i think im going to dream about it!!!

i really shouldnt have eaten that cake.... :(

I visited some out of town friends two months after I started Atkins and they did not know I was on Atkins and they had bought me a birthday cake... complete with my name and everything. So nice.

They cut me a small piece (although they said I did not have to eat it, they were very understanding). I ate it anyways ! It was my first cheating!

I totally understand!

I have another planned cheat for eating the most delicious carrot cake on my DH and I's 2 year anniversary.

As long as you can go back to Atkins it seemed okay, nothing happened the first time I ate cake!
