Hello everyone!

First of all I would like to say I am more excited about the Atkins diet now that I found this site. It has great info. and I hope to achieve great success (&losses) with support from fellow "low carbers". People who understand what it's like to make this type of lifestyle change help make the change a lot smoother.

I just started on June 4th and I can't wait to see where it takes me.
