Just plain, white, distilled vinegar. I don't think it classifies as white wine vinegar, and it sure isn't red wine or cider vinegar, but I can't find it in Atkin's nutrional guide, Fitday, USDA, or the carb counter here.

The jug I have has no nutrional info on it. I've been using the amount for white wine vinegar (1.5g / tbsp) but I don't think that's accurate. I've had what is labelled "white wine vinegar" and it's not the same.

Does anyone know? :confused:

I contacted the Atkins people about this in the past. The answer is 0 carbs. I use it daily.
