6.5 inches gone.. before ending week one of induction.
 

Hello, I decided to measure myself again tonight, mostly because im bored... but anyhow, I didnt think Id see any loss yet, but overall I have lost 6.5 inches already! I think it has a lot to do with my exercise but Im hoping my new way of eating has played a roll already too..

=) im happy I havnt lost more than water weight yet, but its great to see inches gone too!

thanks everyone =) it would have been even more great if I lost all the 6.5 inches in my butt and hips hehe.. but yay! =) its progress!

This thread brings up a question I had which I hope you can answer...

why does Atkins say you might lose inches even if you don't seem to be losing (that much) weight?

I'm curious how those inches get lost.

Yes, you can be losing INCHES and not see a weight loss on the scale!

the last time i was on atkins After not losing anyweight in my 5th and 6th week I was dumb and gave up, not thinking to CHECK MY MEASUREMENTS!!
