Question bout cream?

Hi Everyone....I have a question about cream....I have bought a kind that says the ingredients is only cream....I ran out and had to buy the only kind they had in stock....The only one they had is one that has cream, milk and other stuff in the ingredients....When I compare the nutritional values of both kinds, they are both the exact same.....Do you think it is okay to use the one with milk in the ingredient?....Thanks in advance...:)

I also question this. If you break down the number of carbs in milk or regular soy milk per tablespoon, you get about the same number as in cream. Why is it ok to have cream in your coffee but not milk? Just curious.... :q: :q:

Milk may have more milk sugars, or it could just be people use less cream as it is thicker.

Let's assume you use about 1 oz milk or cream in your cup of coffee. That's the equivalent of two of those little half and half containers.

1 oz whole milk = 1.5 g carbs

1 oz heavy cream = 0.8 g carbs

Plus, milk has twice as much lactose as cream. Your body breaks lactose down the way it does other simple sugars. I guess if you wanted to use milk instead of cream you could, just be aware that it is a higher carb count and that it may knock you out of ketosis easier.
