I love these, we eat alot of steaks on the BBQ, and we like to roast an entire bilb of garlic in tin foil with a drisel of olive oil, soo good,

how carbie is this, I would not be eating the whole buld, maybe half.

Stats please !

Ooooo

That sounds delish. Do you smear it on the steak after it is roasted?

I love roasted garlic too and it should be just fine. This is a quote from the atkin's page:

Whether raw or cooked, one garlic clove provides 1 gram of Net Carbs, 4 calories, 1 gram of total carbohydrate and no protein or fat. Each clove also supplies 5 milligrams of calcium, 0.5 microgram of selenium and 1 milligram of vitamin C, yet it has an Atkins Ratio of 23.2. (For more on Net Carbs, see The Skinny on Net Carbs.)

1 g/clove... and yes it sooo good spread on top of a steak.

enjoy!
