Whoosh! And support for newbies

Hit 10 pounds today - FABULOUS feeling.

My journey thus far (it's short, but I think there's a message):

Days 1-6 - had withdrawal, was fighting a virus at the same time, all that kept me going was the quick drop of pounds. Lost 7 pounds

Days 7-14 - stuck, stuck, stuck. Ok, it was Memorial Day weekend and we were out of town. I did my very best, didn't eat one bad thing, but the wine probably got me. It was also that TOM and the water consumption wasn't up to speed. But I felt good and I wasn't having difficulty not cheating. Just not hungry.

Days 15-18 - at first, depressed. No movement, TOM over, should be "something" happening right? Hungrier than I'd been before, but able to avoid cheating by choosing a protein snack. Exercised 2 days, still no movement until day 17, 1 pound, one wonderful pound. This morning, day 18, 2 more pounds.

It does happen, it will happen, keep it up!
