Fiber/Carb question....
 

Hello All,

I have recently purchased a fiber product because of "irregularity" problems ( dont quite know why I am experiencing these 5 months into the WOL but I am) Anyways, I bought sugar free and the label stated 5 carbs, 3g of dietary fiber and 2g of solubale fiber. Can you subtract the 2g of solubale fiber as well as the 3g of dietary from the 5g of carbs??? I just am trying to come up with an accurate carb count for myself and wondered in anyone knew about this???
