tylenol allergy sins?? Please help!!
 

Hi! I am on day 17 and things are going ok. I have kept my carb count at 20 or less and I am down about 9 pounds. My question is I have had a cough and drainage and sneezing for about 5 days now and i have taken nothing for it. I saw in Dr atkins book to stay away from antihistamines. I know not to take cough syrup but I sure would like to take tylenol allergy sinus or a clariton. Please let me know if anyone else has taken this. Also i am still doing induction. Thanks!!!

Hi. I feel for you with your cold or whatever. I am just getting over mine. I took Tylanol Brand Cold stuff. They make one for day and one for night time. I can only speak for myself but it did not bother my weight loss. I dropped 5.5 pounds last week and I know over 3 this week (weigh in is tomorrow). I feel for you. Hope you can get some rest. Drink lots of fluids.

Don't suffer any more, take the meds! Life is a set of comprimises, you are eating this way to be happy and healthy, having bad sinuses won't make you happy.

For me being snotty makes me grumpy, sneezy, honking and getting now sleep. Overall, makes me a very unhappy Talon. :)
