Mini-goal Met Today!! 10 Lbs Lost In 3 Weeks

Hello gang!

I am so happy I can hardly contain myself.
It still hard for me to believe this WOEing is actually working.

I met my mini-goal today of weighing 295 lbs.
So far I've lost 10 pounds in 3 weeks.

I'm so happy to have you all to share this with.

That's incredible!!!

Theresa,

Isn't it a wonderful feeling to achieve these goals. On the days that we plow through temptations and hold to our resolve we need to remember the feeling of accomplishment with each goal met.

Let those pearly whites shine today! You did it and you should be proud!!! :D

Keep up the fire burnin!

Be blessed,
Tanya

A little walking goes a long way

I just wanted to share this little tidbit of information that is probably not really "news" to anyone.

BUT, 2 days ago I started walking outside to get a little exercise and I noticed my weight has gone down the following morning -- both times.

Maybe it's a coincidence? I don't know.

But, I think it is making a difference.

I've hesitated starting an exercise program because in the past I couldn't stick to it.

But, this time I decided to just walk on the sidewalk outside my apartment building and see how far I could go. I walked up and down the sidewalk 3 times the first evening and 8 times the 2nd evening.

The first night, my back started hurting really bad, so I just stopped and rested for a while and then started up again at a slower pace.

I'm just going to keep this up and see where it goes.

Way to go Theresa,
Pretty soon you will be walking around the block with no trouble.
Keep up the good work..
Have a good night...pleasant LC dreams..

Hi Theresa,

I am so pleased to read of your success, congrtulations, and it gets better to read you have managed to begin to excercise, WOW take it real easy, it's amazing how each little step builds up, and if you take it day by day you will be able to build up the distance, walking is such a great way to go

Well done my friend

Graeme
