You may feel too tired to go after work ( like me ) but after you finish, your not tired anymore, alot of energy, so its good and fast., back home in no time flat.

To the other Toronto curves girl, how long and often were you going before you saw any results.

Hi Stallqueen. I joined in October last year, but put my heart and sole into it beginning in January - it took me about 4-6 weeks of going 3x per week to see results and my body is still changing. Which Curves do you go to (if you don't mind me asking) - I go to Bayview / Eglinton.

Are there any different services at Curves? I saw an ad, know it's a gym for only females, & the members were quite overweight. I go to Fitness One. Lowest priced gym I found bc they don't go for all the extra perks (no pool or sauna, towels, water cooler, or tv's ), they stick to the basics. Tons of new machines, the most treadmills I've ever seen in a gym, & all classes included. Mind you, the staff are not fitness pros or personal trainers, so they give everyone the same routine. It's an excellent gym if you know what you're doing though.

Good for you! I started March 19th and lost over 9 inches and 5 full pounds - - 6.5 lbs of body fat and my body fat percentage went down lots too!

I love it - go there at 7am every morning (m-f) and it rejuvinates me and gets me ready for the stressful day ahead of me!
