Glycerine in LeCarb Ice Cream???

What is the significance of this? I read a post about someone wanting sweets without it or malitol - what gives??

PS LeCarb is some good and dangerous stuff! My fella, what a sweetie!, brought some home in individual serving sizes - good thing!!

This is a sugar alcohol just like malitol, some people are affective by this, and have to stay close to the restroom. I have a reaction to malitol but I am fine with LeCarb. Great stuff isn't it :D ?
