Almost there!

Just had to post here 'cause I reached my lowest weight ever this morning 133.4, :yay: only 3 and a half # to go 'till my goal. I had a blow off day a week or so ago and recovered within 4 days doing induction. Since then I've upped just a little to 25 carbs to make eating a little easier (I don't feel good eating so few vegies), and I've been avoiding all sweeteners and frankenfoods and it has payed off! Another week or two 'till my goal, I'm so happy!
