Dining out
 

I am planning on going out to dinner tonight, probably somewhere like Applebees, Chilis, etc. And I don't feel like chicken wings. Doe anyone know of any low-carb choices?

Any grilled chicken, fish, or steak entrees are usually good bets. I find that asking them to replace whatever the accompanying starch is (usually baked potato or fries) with extra veggies keeps the starchy temptations away and I still get decent value for my restaurant dollar.
