Calorie limitation?

when on LC is there a limit on calories?

:daze:  :spin:

of course, assuming that the carbs are watched and limited.

This one has a different answer depending on who you are talking to. The first answer is no, you only have to count your carbs. Isn't that great! A lot easier than counting calories!

For some people though things seem to work better if they keep a watch on calories too. Those who watch there calories try to keep them at 10 to 12 times there current weight. And then there are those who keep then 10 to 12 times there goal weight!

If you are losing well just counting your carbs than I would stick with that. A lot of people track there eating on Fitday.com tthis is a free site.
