Way to go!! I imagine that's how I will feel when I hit the 150's. Of course that's months away!

That is fab-u-lous!!!
I can't wait for my day like this. :)
It's been (wow, I hadn't realized this) 8 years since I've seen 199. That is what I weighed during my first visit to the doctor when I was pregnant with my daughter.
You've encouraged me today. Thank you!! :D

Good luck on the rest of your journey!!

Just like Angi said, your post made me think about the last time I saw Onederland....over 5 years ago now when I had first tried Atkins. I hope I can join you there in Onederland one day in the near future.

Thank you everyone for celebrating with me. I, like alot of us
have struggled, stalled and been very impatient. But I am
singing praises to the late Dr. Atkin today. This WOL does
work and I keep telling myself what our own Karen says
"progress, not perfection". I have quite a ways to go to goal
but in my heart I know I will make it and for once in my dieting
lifetime, it sure tastes good getting there!

Thanks again so much.
