Nutritional Charts

Think I put this in the introductions thread by mistake first........

I lost my first tread so this time it is short and sweat.

Based off a post a few days in reference to IHOP Omelet Carb Count. I set out to get the Nutritional Value Charts from most major restaurants and fast food chains. I was surprised to find how many of the fast food chains I found right on the their website, BUT the restaurants were no go's. And so far 4 out of 10 that I emailed off asking about, including IHOP has returned that they do not have one. SHOCKING, ey :q:

I was surprised to find out how wrongly I have guessed the Carb content of some innocent menu items, like Chicken Strips....I thought(past tense) that I was okay to eat them....And some salads...I found out that I was eating my whole days worth (maybe even 2) in one meal. Now I know why I was losing so slow.

This isn't a complete reference, but is a pretty good start.

Links to the majors, directly when possible.
