Help with flax oil!

How to give flax seed oil to my children?

I have 3 fussy boys under 8 in desperate need of some Omega-3 in their diet. I could not fool them for a minute with fish oil. Any tips to "disguise" Flax seed oil in their food on a daily basis?

I mix my son's in OJ.
I have heard that you need to avoid mixing it with anything hot (oatmeal f'r instance) or Yogurt.
FWIW, my health food store sells it in regular or Cinnamon. Might try mixing that into a bowl of Granola and Milk (assuming your kids don't share the LC WOL).
