Atkins has changed me for the better
 

Hello All :wave:
I have been on The Atkins way of eating since April 6,2003 and i have lost 19 lbs and a ton of inches.The day that i went to the bookstore and brought Dr.Atkins New Diet Revolution changed my life forever.I don't no longer have the burning desire for sweets,white flour products or starchy veggies.I'm so for this new way of eating and i just wanted to express my joy to all of you that the only way to a healthy lifestyle is The Atkins hands down. :) :)

I also love this way of eating and share your enthusiasm. I love being able to eat real food with my family. I also have 2 stars and a diamond! Dallasalis
