Treadmill workouts??
Hi Everyone,
I am thinking of adding a treadmill workout to my routine. I currently do BFL. My goal is to run the Cow Harbor 10K this september. So I thought I would start on the treadmill for about a month, and then bring it outside. I was wondering if anyone could provide me with a treadmill routine. I've never run on one before, but would like to try. I seem to recall reading in the past, but can't find it, where someone had a great routine. ie: minutes run, incline, speed. I'm looking for something, say 30-45min. TIA, |
