It is basically generic sweet-n-low. It is fine for Atkins...but, subject to the same limits as Sucralose (Splenda). It contains fillers (Dextrose & Maltodextrin) is why there is a limit. The fillers add about 1/3g of carbs if I remember correctly. I haven't tried the liquid, but if you like saccharin and want to use more...I would suggest checking out liquid saccharin. It should have ZERO carbs...I've read the label and it doesn't list anything that sounds like a carb.

Actually, with dextrose and maltodextrin in addition to the Saccharin (and dextrose highest on the ingredients list), it's got a lot of carb-heavy filler...

What does the box say about grams per packet if anything? These fillers are actually a minimum of 0.5g and sometimes up to 1g per packet, by the way. So if you use a lot of sweetener, count those darn carbs.
