What this maintainer ate today.
 

Breakfast=Large pork chop,seasoned and fried,
-----------three fried eggs,all fried into wallnut oil,mmmmmmm


Lunch=Two frying steaks sprinkled with mature chedder,nutty salad.
--s.f--jelly with almonds.



Tea-Time=4 huge chicken breasts-oven roasted.
---1 low hot chocolate drink.



Supper---finished of the chicken from earlier-mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm--good-night. :thup: ;) :o

Staying up later than expected---just ate 2 bags of pork scratchings,a baby-bell and 2 pieces of diabetic choc--
