HI all, I've been low carbing for 4 months now, on Atkins and love it..... I have lost 35 lbs and have 10 more to go!! :D just looking around some support boards, and found this one, I see some familiar "faces" here from other groups and just wanted to say hi to everyone and I'm looking forward to getting to know yas all!! :wave:
