Where to get Ketone strips
Can you get these at GNC, or do I have to order them online?
Thanks Wee |
You can buy them from a pharmacy without a prescription. Just ask your pharmacist for them.

I ordered some from Atkins web site. I also bought a bottle at a health food store but they didn't work. I think maybe they were too old!
|
I've found them really cheap on E-Bay; they were fine , worked well & had a year before reaching the expiration date. Make sure you buy factory sealed & check the expiration date.

Wal Mart sells them for about 12 bucks.
Personally I decided it wasn't worth the money. I'm glad I didn't spend it because it seems some people get obsessed by those strips and that's the last thing I need. |
Thanks guys, I think I'll try Walmart.
Stacey, I know what you mean about getting obsessed with things like this. I just feel weird about all these different high fat foods that I'm eating and I want to make sure that I am in Ketosis, I think it will show me that this is working. Although I got on the scale and it showed 3lbs!!!! But I'm not making if official until Sunday morning. I could easily get obsessed with the scale also!!! Wee |
I got some at Netrition.com for 7.95 a bottle.

$6.20 for 100 at http://www.labessentials.com/Ketone_strips.htm
Fast shipping via priority mail. Note: This Ketone test requires 40 seconds. Other tests require 15 seconds. If you need strips fast, you can get them at a local pharmacy for about $20 (they are often behind the counter at prescriptions). |
