Intro

Hi My name is Sharon,I have been on the atkins woe since Jan 2002.I have lost 100lbs.And i still would like to lose another 10 and keep it off forever..I am 41 a mom of 3,I am in south carolina.........If i can help or someone can help me i will be here :D :roll:

New too...

Hi...new to this forum, but have been following Atkins for 3 mos. I am amazed when I step on the scale and see lower numbers. This seems way too easy!
