Nasty cramps

Any of you ladies notice that your periods are heavyer and more painful since LC'ing? I will never stop LC'ing, but I notice this unpleasant side effect in myself (I think!)

WOW

I have been low carbing for almost two months and i don't cramp or bleed as heavy as i use too before LC.But before i went to this WOL i had very bad cramps and i bleed so heavy.I guess everyone is different.
