Why didn't you guys tell me about the wonders of celery and cream cheese? Found a thread (donks old) this mng & thought I would try it - oh boy, what a treat!!
Does the celery count towards my vegie intake (hope so!), eech, vegies!

Forgot to say (too busy eating celery), any other ideas re cream cheese anyone?

In the Induction section, there is an Acceptable Foods Lists and yes, celery is allowed. 3 c. salad greens...and celery is considered part of that.

if you are craving something sweet, put a few tablespoons of cream cheese in a bowl - add a bit of splenda and vanilla and then heat in the microwave & stir.

BOOM cheesecake!

and i do love celery - great in chicken salad.

stuffed mushrooms are a good veggie
