OWL/ Premaintenance/ Maintenance Ratios...

OK, what are everyone's ratios? I know a lot of people kep saying to keep fat around 70%, carrbs between 5-10%, and protein around 20%. Wouldn't those all be induction ratios, or very well close to it? I thought that the ratios will change significantly in the later stages. I know everyone is different and some people will never add back many carbs, but is there anyone out there with ratios lower in fat and higher in carbs?

I just started OWL. Yesterday, my ratio was:

58% Fat/3% Carbs/39% Protein

Today, I upped my veggies. So, the fat:carb ratio will probably decrease slightly.

I've been on OWL forever, it seems like, perhaps I even do Pre-Maintenance, actually. Yes, my ratios are a bit different. It varies, but here are some Fitday numbers:

FAT - CARBS - PROTEIN
63% - 7% - 30%
67% - 7% - 27%
58% - 8% - 34%
60% - 7% - 34%

You get the idea. :)

My OWL ratios were 65/5/30 for the most part. Carbs were low around 25 and I made sure my calories did not exceed 1800

I am also thinking about entering premaintenance soon. Should I lower my fat count as I up my carbs? Right now I am getting about 70% of my calories from fat.
